Definitions


“WE” “US” “OUR” refer to Direct Exposure Marketing Pty Ltd.
“CLIENT” means the person or business purchasing products and/or services.
“GOODS” refer the products and/or services being purchased

Cooling Off Period

All clients are entitled to a 10 day cooling off period from the date of payment. To activate the cooling off period a client must simply email accounts@directexposuremarketing.com advising that they wish to invoke their cooling off period. When a client invokes the cooling off period a full refund of the purchase price will be made.

Cancelation & Refunds

For cancellations outside of the cooling off period please email accounts@directexposuremarketing.com to advise of cancellation. All refunds are subject to a $300 administration charge. For refunds of goods purchased on a subscription basis the amount refunded will be the purchase price less the administration cost, divided by the total number of months of the subscription, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the subscription.

Payment

All payments are to be made prior to goods being received by the client. Payments can be made via Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer, Bpay or E-WAY.

Delivery

All goods will be delivered to the client within 10 days of the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Legal

The Supplier and the Buyer agree that this agreement and its provisions shall be construed in accordance with the law of Queensland and be resolved by a Queensland court.

Severability

In the event that any part of these terms, conditions or provisions shall be deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such terms, conditions or provisions shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Trade Marks, Copyright, Intellectual Property and Patents

The client acknowledges and agrees to protect any and all copyright, trademarks, trade names, patents and intellectual property rights embodied in or in connection with the delivery of goods including associated information, documentation, parts or software relating to the supplied goods.
